Store Street - Manchester

Construction of a new reinforced concrete 11 storey building located in Manchester city center, The building has been constructed over two levels with access provide at both Store street and Canal side located 6m higher. The building houses 66 residential units apartments.

Our Involvement

Structural Engineering

• Re-working of existing ground to enable site access.
• Piled foundation design.
• Structural design and detailing of reinforced concrete frame comprising (columns and flat slabs) forming the superstructure.

Civil Engineering

• Design of new drainage strategy.
• Vehicle Tracking of Carpark.
• Prepared full flood risk assessment.
