Construction of a new 7 storey bespoke building located in Liverpool city center, The building houses both retail and commercial spaces at ground floor level with 72 apartments and penthouses situated over.

Our Involvement

Structural Engineering

• Piled foundation design.
• Design of reinforced concrete transfer/support structure.
• Design and detailing of the steel framing and concrete floor element forming the superstructure.

Civil Engineering

• Design of new drainage strategy.
• Vehicle Tracking of Carpark.
• Prepared full flood risk assessment.
